Supporting business transformation
Artis exists to transform lives through the arts by creating magical, high-quality learning opportunities to help children flourish. Interim marketing support was required during a period of organisational change, as the company transitioned from operating as a social enterprise to becoming a registered charity.
A fresh marketing and communications strategy was needed to generate new business through earned income, as well as conveying the change in status and positioning to stakeholders and kickstart a fundraising effort. This involved realigning messaging to focus the company’s creative learning programmes towards the growing wellbeing agenda.
New marketing materials needed to be created to support fundraising from trusts and foundations, individual and corporate giving. To deliver on the strategy, management of the following outputs were required:
Gorilla Experiment Builder
Supporting rapid business growth
Gorilla Experiment Builder is a Software as a Service tool that empowers behavioural scientists and psychology students to build and host ambitious online studies.
We have been working together to develop a marketing strategy to consolidate their market penetration of UK universities, reaching out to psychology students, researchers and academics to influence their purchase of pay-asyou and subscription use of the platform. There are also plans to expand into commercial markets and the US.
We have developed a deeper understanding of the target markets and developed key messages which are now being implemented across all marketing communications, including blogs and email campaigns, website copy and PR/media content.

Focusing business growth
Maidstone-based technology specialists Snapwire Software were founded in 2010. The company had grown organically through referrals, delivering a wide range of products and services which left it unclear on the best way to continue to develop.
We reviewed the existing offer. client base and prospect pipeline and after market research and analysis, decided to focus on targeting three specific industry sectors together with a fresh approach to the overall marketing messages.
Once the marketing strategy had been shared with the team and they had been engaged with the new direction, we managed communications to support implementation through blog writing and PR as well as giving direction and input into a new website creation and social media content.
